CHECK-IN
Check-in time is from 3:00PM to 11:59PM. Early check-in is subject to room availability. If you arrive early and a room is not available, the receptionist will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. As the front desk nominally closes at 12:00AM, late check-ins must be arranged with the hotel in advance; otherwise a no-show penalty may apply.
Guests are required to present their own valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification.
Inn at Portland will make every effort to honor special requests subject to availability.

Checkout time is at 11:00AM. Checkout is contactless - just leave your keys in the room upon departure - no need to inform the front desk. If you require a later check-out, please contact reception prior to 11:00AM on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee availability.
Any delay to checkout beyond 11:30AM will result an extra charge being added to the final bill.
Inn at Portland can accommodate guest luggage at the front desk after checkout time if needed. This service is complimentary. Luggage must be collected by the time the front desk closes at 11:59PM.

Prepaid or stored value cards, checks and cash are not accepted.
A $100.00 refundable deposit is authorized upon arrival. Deposits are refunded on the day of departure subject to room inspection. Allow up to seven business days for the added authorization to drop off your account. Inn at Portland is not responsible for any overdrafts.
Positive photo ID is required to authenticate the identity of the registered guest and the name embossed on the credit card.
Third party payments are not permitted where the cardholder is not present, including payments over the phone or on the internet.
Cards must be embossed with the name of the registered guest.
We do not have the ability to split payments. We recommend services such as CashApp, Venmo or Zelle to share travel expenses.
Inn at Portland reserves the right to preauthorize credit cards prior to guest arrival. Declined cards will likely result in cancellation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For phone and in-person reservations, cancellations up to 11:59PM the day before arrival are free. Cancellations after deadline or no-shows are subject to a penalty of one night's stay.
For online reservations fulfilled by Booking.com, Expedia.com or their affiliates, their published cancellation policies apply.
GUEST CONDUCT POLICY
Alcohol consumption in non-public areas of the hotel is permitted in moderation provided that it is not in conjunction with parties or other large gatherings that are disruptive to other guests. Open containers of alcohol are not permitted in common areas. Guests possessing or consuming alcohol on the premises must be 21 years of age or older.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00PM nightly and continue until 8:30AM.
No more than four guests are permitted in any one guestroom at a time.
Visitors are not permitted on the premises after 10:00PM.
Loud noise, loud music, loud voices, horseplay, running in the corridors, high traffic in and out of guestrooms, slamming doors and loitering are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction with no refund.
For security and fire safety reasons doors leading to hotel corridors may not be propped open.
Noise levels should be at an acceptable level as judged by the Hotel’s other guests and Hotel Management.
If Hotel Management receives a noise complaint, we will only give one warning to quiet down.
Receiving a second complaint will result in guests being asked to leave the Hotel and no refund will be given.
Inn at Portland reserves the right to make use of audio/video surveillance and to summon police in enforcing this policy.
HOUSEKEEPING POLICY
Daily housekeeping is available upon request. The guest is responsible for notifying the front desk during breakfast hours or the day before if they require full service. If the guest does not notify the front desk during those hours, fresh towels, linens and/or toiletries are available.
BREAKFAST POLICY
Complimentary continental breakfast is provided daily for registered guests seasonally. Additional persons $5.00 per person, per room, per day. Breakfast voucher required. All food and drink are to be consumed exclusively in the breakfast area.
EXTENDED STAY POLICY
Inn at Portland caters exclusively to nightly business and leisure guests. We do not have weekly or monthly rates.

SMOKING/VAPING POLICY
Inn at Portland is a 100% nonsmoking/non-vaping facility.
Smoking or vaping any substance is prohibited in guestrooms and all public areas of the hotel. Smoking or vaping are only allowed outside the building in our designated smoking areas marked by benches.
Exterior entrances may not be held partially or fully open while smoking or vaping is taking place.
Guests must be at least 20 feet from any exterior entrance while smoking or vaping any substance.
Guests are responsible for safe and sanitary disposal of smoking materials. Do not litter.
Smoking or vaping any substance in guestrooms may result in forfeiture of deposit. A cleaning fee of up to $250.00 may apply.
SOLICITATION POLICY
Without exception, solicitation of any kind is expressly prohibited in our lobby, in common areas, or anywhere on hotel property.
WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS POLICY
Complimentary wireless internet service is offered to all guests in their rooms and in common areas of the hotel.
A password will be provided upon check-in. Sharing of internet passwords with non-guests will result in revocation of guest's internet access.
The Service is provided without technical assistance and compatibility with all devices is not assured.
Terms and conditions regarding use of the Service are displayed on the guest's device upon login. Use of the Service constitutes agreement with these terms.
Wireless internet is a shared resource and guests are solely responsible for utilizing appropriate security practices.
PARKING POLICY
Inn at Portland provides complimentary off-street parking. Long-term parking is available for park & fly; contact hotel for details. Parking is at the guest's own risk. Lock doors securely and keep valuables out of plain sight.
PET AND SERVICE DOG POLICIES
Pets are not permitted anywhere on hotel premises including but not limited to guestrooms, common areas of the hotel, hotel grounds or in guest vehicles parked on hotel property. Inn at Portland recommends arranging for a pet sitter or kennel service. In many instances Inn at Portland can recommend alternative accommodations for guests traveling with pets.
Service dogs are welcome in accordance with ADA regulations. We are permitted to ask the following questions:
PORTABLES (COTS/CRIBS)
Inn at Portland does not provide cots or cribs. Guests may bring their own portable crib. Cribs must not be placed in such a manner as to impede timely evacuation of the premises in case of emergency.
VALUABLES
Inn at Portland does not provide safes. Guests are solely responsible for securing their valuables.
SUSTAINABILITY POLICY
Inn at Portland is committed to reducing our carbon footprint. We have instituted the following measures:
1. Switched from CRT to LCD TVs with LED backlighting
2. Installed water-saving fixtures in guest bathrooms
3. Replaced incandescent light bulbs with LED bulbs
3. Implemented a linen & towel reuse program
4. Refrigerators are turned OFF by default
5. Made daily housekeeping available by request
6. Phased out single-use toiletries
7. Installed state-of-the-art high-efficiency washing machine for guest laundry

The use of drones anywhere on hotel property is strictly prohibited.

- Minors must be supervised by a parent or adult guardian at all times.

- No yelling or other loud noises at any time.
- No jumping the fence to obtain use of the pool outside of designated pool hours.
- Hotel reserves the right to close the pool in case of inclement weather or to carry out maintenance without prior notice.
- No lifeguard on duty - usage of the pool is at guests' own risk.
- Pool towels provided at the front desk. Towels are to be signed in and out. Towels not turned in are subject to a $15 replacement fee.
- Management reserves the right to deny pool access to anyone for any reason.
