​COVID-19 POLICIES
Inn at Portland has instituted policies to combat the spread of the novel coronavirus, including but not limited to:
  1. Mandatory mask usage for associates and guests
  2. Enhanced sanitation procedures in guestrooms
  3. Contactless checkout to minimize non-essential interaction between guests and associates

CHECK-IN
Check-in time is from 3 pm to 12 am. Early check-in is subject to room availability. If you arrive early and a room is not available, the receptionist will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready.  As the front desk nominally closes at 12 am, late check-ins need to be arranged with the hotel in advance; otherwise a no-show penalty may apply.

Guests are required to present their own valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification.

Inn at Portland will make every effort to honor special requests upon arrival subject to availability.

CHECKOUT
Checkout time is at 11 am. Checkout is contactless; just leave your keys in the room upon departure; there is no need to inform the front desk. If you require a later check-out, please contact the receptionist before 11 AM on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that it would be possible.

Any delay to checkout beyond 11:30 am will result an extra night being added to the final bill.

Inn at Portland can accommodate guest luggage at the front desk after checkout time if needed. This service is complimentary.

PAYMENT METHODS
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

The following debit cards are accepted: Visa or MasterCard.

Payment by debit card is subject to a $100.00 refundable deposit paid at arrival.

The name embossed on the card must match the name of the registered guest.

Deposits are refunded on the day of departure subject to room inspection. Allow up to seven days for the added authorization to drop off your account.

Prepaid or stored value cards and cash are not accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For direct reservations, cancellations up to 24 hours before arrival are free. Cancellations after deadline or no-shows are subject to a penalty of one night's stay. For online reservations fulfilled by Booking.com, Expedia.com or their affiliates, cancellation policies may vary.

GUEST CONDUCT POLICY
Quiet Hours begin at 10 pm nightly.

No more than four guests are permitted in any one guestroom at a time.

Visitors are not permitted on the premises after 10 pm.


Loud noise, loud music, loud voices, horseplay, running in the corridors, high traffic in/out guestrooms, and loitering are not permitted and can result in immediate eviction with no refund.

Noise levels should be at an acceptable level as judged by the Hotel’s other guests and Hotel Management.

If Hotel Management receives a noise complaint, we will only give one warning to quiet down.

Receiving a second complaint will result in the room(s) being asked to leave the Hotel and no refund will be given.

Inn at Portland reserves the right to make use of audio/video surveillance and to summon police in enforcing this policy.

SMOKING/VAPING POLICY
Smoking or vaping any substance is prohibited in guestrooms and all public areas of the hotel. Smoking or vaping are only allowed outside the building.

Exterior entrances may not be held partially or fully open while smoking or vaping is taking place.

Guests must be at least 20 feet from any exterior entrance while smoking or vaping any substance.

Guests are responsible for safe and sanitary disposal of smoking materials. Do not litter.

Smoking or vaping any substance in guestrooms may result in forfeiture of deposit. A $250 cleaning fee may apply to severe cases.

WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
Complimentary wireless internet service is offered to all guests in their rooms and in common areas of the hotel. A password will be provided upon check-in. The Service is provided without technical assistance and compatibility with all devices is not assured. Terms and conditions regarding use of the Service are displayed on the guest's device upon login. Use of the Service constitutes agreement with these terms.

PARKING POLICY
Inn at Portland provides complementary off-street parking. Park and Fly packages available. Parking is at the guest's own risk.

PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted in guestrooms, common areas of the hotel or in guest vehicles parked on the premises. Inn at Portland recommends arranging for a pet sitter or a kennel service. Service animals are welcome.

VALUABLES
Inn at Portland does not provide safes. Guests are solely responsible for securing their valuables.

RIGHT TO MODIFY OR AMEND POLICIES
As the objectives of the Hotel and the needs of its guests evolve, Inn at Portland reserves the right to modify or amend its policies at any time and for any reason with or without written notice.
